The former President of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto, currently outside of his country while under investigation for corruption and money laundering, has been spotted in New York, wearing a disguise
Enrique Peña Nieto and his friend Tania Ruiz were spotted at a restaurant in New York. They were seen dining Asian cuisine and enjoying wine, while wearing "discreet costumes" to avoid recognition by the press.
The stories about former Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto seem to be getting stranger every week.

I can't tell you what's really going on here. I have no idea. But apparently, that's him. I'm quoting the Mexican press here. There's many articles about it today.

SCOOP: The Trump administration wants to expand its DNA testing program by enabling CBP officials to extract genetic material from undocumented immigrants in its custody, according to a draft policy obtained by BuzzFeed News.

Administration officials estimate CBP officials would spend more than 20K additional work hours on such a policy in its 1st year of implementation. Hundreds of thousands of individuals could be tested each year if the draft proposed regulation, from the DOJ, is fully implemented.
In 2010, then-DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano instituted an exception for DNA testing, saying people who were not detained on criminal charges and those who were awaiting deportation proceedings would not be tested.

This DOJ reg would kill that exception altogether.
