What is fun, this guy compares $ALGN and $SDC to Ferrari and Nissan. This is a terrific comparison! The majority of people are driving Nissans, not Ferraris!
While he might be correct that $SDC provides an inferior quality service, there is still a large market for that service.
In fact, it is very likely that there will be enough space for both $ALGN and $SDC
These are not good signs for sustainability of $SDC gross margins over the long-term

Yet, $ALGN dentist says only 2-5% of his patients have mild crowding and can be treated with $SDC product

In a Draft Registration Statement dated May 03, 2019 $SDC stated the following: "We have a network of approximately 240 orthodontists and general dentists across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada" sec.gov/Archives/edgar…
Between Q3 2017 and Q2 2019 $SDC revenue increased by 260% ($54M -> $195M) despite virtually no increase in the number of orthodontists/dentists.
If I'm getting this correct: either $SDC dentists got 4x more productive since 2017 or time they spend on a single case dropped by 75%.
