1. Here is the link to the TRO/Preliminary Injunction motion Trump filed today to try to stop the NYC grand jury from investigating him. I want to point out one thing that should give everyone who maybe needs to see a bit silver-lining in the clouds that hang over the Republic.

3. He may be very close to being indicted. The hearing on this frivolous law suit is Sept 25 and if it's denied and not stayed by the district court the grand jury should have Trump's tax returns in a few day. He'll try to get stays but any court blocking this will be
4. violating federal law and it's federal law any competent attorney would know about and @tribelaw spoke of yesterday and from what I can see, these bozos didn't even cite it to try to argue it should not apply. I think they could be sanctioned.
@tribelaw 5. And because this grand jury was impaneled before Bill Barr was confirmed, prosecutors in NYC may have all of the material that Bob Mueller had. That might also explain why he walled himself from the counterintelligence material. So there would be no doubt he could share it.
