Timeline is Supreme Court outcome bingo.

Any chance they just decide to take over given the mess the politicians have made of the last three years?
*serious supreme court and constitutional law ananlysis is available from the usual sources @davidallengreen @StevePeers @cath_haddon @carlgardner @Raphael_Hogarth etc*
@davidallengreen @StevePeers @cath_haddon @carlgardner @Raphael_Hogarth More serious Brexit analysis is this - whichever way the Supreme Court rules, the key date remains October 19th, by when no deal means the PM *by automatic application of law* must request an extension. Chances are we face political chaos at that time
@davidallengreen @StevePeers @cath_haddon @carlgardner @Raphael_Hogarth Ok, even worse chaos. But that's when we're in the realms of a PM threatening to break the law, potential no confidence votes, temporary PM, potentially anything. In a sense what Parliament managed before prorogation made today less important for Brexit
