So what should Parliament do with their time on Brexit and trade (there are many other things they should do including passing the Domestic Abuse Bill)?

In no particular order:

1/ Ask for details of UK proposals to break Brexit logjam... cont
(if UK proposals confidential ask how they are supposed to be supported by Parliament)

2/ Ask gov why there's an information campaign about leaving EU with no-deal on Oct 31 when there's legislation against this

...cont
3/ Push Gov on arrangements for scrutiny trade agreements if trade bill not returning, in particular ask as a matter of urgency for gov priorities with regard to US trade deal (shouldn't be confidential, US published months ago)
4/ Debate on potential US trade agreement
More what Plmt should do on Brexit...

5/ Debate level playing field provisions and why Gov wants to get read of these in trade agreements and with EU
6/ Discuss again realistic future relationship options with EU, noting Gov policy is for unrealistic FTA light option...
and more...

7/ Debate crisis in WTO and consider impact of failing WTO on Brexit options, as @TomTugendhat wrote to Dominic Raab recently
8/ Return to yellowhammer no-deal and ask for the real documents not just the planning assumptions...
@TomTugendhat Plmt could also...

9/ Discuss Northern Ireland matters, the restoration of devolved assembly, and the realities of preventing a border
10/ If they have time, as a 3rd order issue, talk about themselves, an election, whether the PM lied etc

Any chance? Of any of this? /end
@TomTugendhat Will add other suggestions from comments... agree with this one
@TomTugendhat This could usefully be said several hundred times in Parliament as few seem to be getting it
@TomTugendhat Following on from the European Council theme, this is as usual a good thought from @Brigid_Fowler
