Wait, no, do as I say not as I do. You know what I mean. Maybe you don't. Anyway, if god didn't want us to work in the evenings why did they invent laptops?
One thing I do though is turn my internet off for 24 hours from Friday night to Saturday night. It's a Jewish thing in origin but makes perfect sense in today's world. Either you're on or your'e off but it's very difficult to be half-way. So I turn off

Have so much interesting work and other stuff (I guess it's all work? Or none is?) on and it's lovely to focus on that without constantly worrying about some random person saying some nasty thing
My (Jewish) New Year's resolution is to focus on constructive things, i.e. things that are part of bigger projects with an end point
