1/ Seems like a big deal: A U.S. District judge has ruled that @giffordscourage and @CampaignLegal are allowed to depose @FEC officials as part of a lawsuit against the agency. Can’t remember this ever happening in recent history.

In it, the Giffords org accuses the @FEC of slow walking its complaints against the @NRA, which it is accusing of "using shell corporations and common vendors to coordinate expenditures with at least seven federal candidates."
