Investigate Epstein or: How I learned to stop worrying and love the revolution. Follow the thread or read it here: link.medium.com/lpOoP1f9E0
(If you’re reading this you either support what I believe in or you hate what I stand for. If you’re some sort of indifferent centrist you can fuck off now or pick a side but there is no middle ground on this one.)
I think rape and child abuse are wrong.

Obviously, I shouldn’t have to say this and while most of you probably think you agree with me, it is undeniable that these things keep happening, which means there is a large group (of mostly men) that think rape and child abuse are okay
or are themselves criminally responsible. Donald Trump is one of those men. It is for this reason, first and foremost, that I do not support him and why you shouldn’t either.

He and his administration are a clear and present danger to women and children.
In a broader sense, his policies and decisions affect countless abused children and mothers caged and separated, perhaps forever, at the southern border, and now suddenly at the Turkish/Syrian border, thanks to his green light to Erdoğan, innocent lives will be lost.
In a specific sense, Donald Trump personally is unsafe, by his own admission, around women, and either indifferent to child abuse happening at the hands of his close associates or, more likely, a participant.
We can argue all day whether Trump is guilty of every accusation leveled at him, and you will look very stupid at the end of that day for defending a man credibly accused 20+ times of sexual assault, harassment, and rape, who openly bragged about grabbing women by the pussy
and his sexual fantasies regarding his own daughter. You’ve already chosen the side of the rapists and the abusers so just own it.

Intellectually honest people will conclude as most have with Trump, Harvey Weinstein, Bill Clinton, and Jeffrey Epstein, that where there’s smoke
there’s fire. These men are part of the same powerful club and their fraternal order protect one other, at least when it’s politically expedient. They golfed together, they partied together, they flew together, they made money together, and when they saw a potential victim
they were literally out TO-GET-HER. Birds of a fucking feather.

Despite being the only admitted and convicted rapist and child abuser, Jeffrey Epstein largely got away with his crimes until the Miami Herald published Perversion of Justice in November, 2018 and the world changed.
I will be forever grateful to Julie K. Brown for forcing the world to pay attention to the enormity and atrocity of this scandal. I’m also gonna take a little credit myself for putting his name back into the zeitgeist, months before this information went mainstream,
protesting at a Trump rally. When most would have considered the topic a wild conspiracy theory, I saw it as a potential powder keg waiting to blow. I was right.

If I’m remembered for one thing I’d like it to be that I was a kind and loving person, brother, and son,
but secondarily I’d like to have inspired millions to investigate Epstein. Let me tell you why I think that now more than ever we owe it to ourselves to continue this investigation.
I believe that Jeffrey Epstein is the key to revealing the corruption and depravity of the international ruling class. The systemic abuse and rape is not an anomaly, it is the key to the whole power structure.
Thanks to Epstein we not only see what money, power, and influence can buy, we see the lengths that oligarchs will go to protect it. The evidence has been hiding in plain sight for decades and it is up to us to follow the facts wherever they lead.
People have risked everything to expose the truth and it’s continued exposure will topple the elite house of cards.

Epstein did not act alone.
So many dots have already been connected by better journalists than myself so I’ll sum up what I believe the picture will look like when all is revealed. Sexual blackmail is what binds and controls powerful men. Rape and abuse are an expression of that power and an entry fee
to the upper echelon. Epstein was a high level administrator and recruiter in the larger sex trafficking ring that likely served as honeypot, and money pot. He caught Presidents, Princes, and Prime Ministers in his web, and then likely sold their secrets to the highest bidders.
Call it intelligence gathering, or just mob business, but he provided services to his clients and his masters at the expense of children that he personally groomed and raped with Ghislaine Maxwell.
Trump, Clinton, and Weinstein were all good friends with Epstein FOR DECADES. Not to mention everyone else in Jeff’s little black book. Do the fucking math. We’ve only scratched the surface of this story.
I cannot and will not turn a blind eye to these things. I was raised to believe that Jesus loves the little children and that anyone who would harm a child would be better off with a millstone around their neck and cast into the sea.
Imagine my horror to learn that a major empire in the Christian faith, the Catholic Church, was also a rape and abuse factory. Regardless of my religious beliefs today, I know right from wrong, and deep down I think most people do. However there is a cult like mentality
that has blinded many of the faithful to the wolves within their flock.

You cannot be a true Christian, or a good person, and think that rape or child abuse are ok. You should not be the type of Christian who supports leaders so closely connected to serial child rapists.
I don’t see how this could be up for debate yet so many self professed “evangelicals” and “liberals” claim to support either Trump or Clinton.

You cannot claim be an ethical scientist, capitalist, or philanthropist and take the money of a pedophile and pimp.
You cannot be a good citizen and ignore the reality of rape/abuse culture permeating our society from the top down.

This has got to stop. As long as powerful men can weaponize rape and abuse they will continue to do so.
It is going to take a concerted grassroots effort to change the system that allows rapists and abusers to thrive and protects them from real repercussions. It is going to require everyone to pick a side.

I’ve made my choice.
When the Abuser in Chief comes to Minneapolis, I’ll join in protest with thousands of others who also know that rape and child abuse are wrong. There will be thousands of supporters in attendance who have thus far decided that rape and child abuse are ok,
as long as it doesn’t affect them personally, as long as they can pretend it isn’t happening all around them. I hope it’s not too late for them and that the truth reaches the ones that are ready to hear it.
The possibility of an economy, a government, and a society NOT built on rape and child abuse is closer than ever and what a wonderful world that will be. I’m not afraid of what the billionaires will do to protect their power, I’m afraid of what happens if the people do nothing.
I’m afraid for the women and children who will spend the rest of their lives recovering from the trickle down rape and abuse of the rulers, but I’m not going to stand by and let them get away with it unopposed. I call on my fellow men to stop being gatekeepers, to break the cycle
to rise up and hold themselves and their leaders to account. We should all be whistleblowers when it comes to rape and child abuse. Enough is enough.
Finally, I’m no hero, I’m just a regular working class guy. I’m lucky to not be a victim or perpetrator of rape or abuse, but I’ve seen the effects it has had on those that I love and on the world that I think is worth saving.
We can change this but not with Trump and the billionaire class protecting the status quo.

Epstein was silenced, not brought to justice, but his accomplices and network are still very much alive.
No matter how long it takes we must work to dismantle the entrenched powerful system that allowed Epstein to succeed and that has a choke hold on the rest of us. I believe that we will win.

Let’s get to work.
