The movie "Joker" is about three thing:

Why are there so many black women in "Joker?" Because the entire purpose of the movie is to demonstrate how the dysfunctions of the Weberian ethos of the social service bureaucracy engenders fatherless children to (SPOILERS) reproduce the conditions of their own existence.
The most tragic irony of the film is Joker telling a black psychiatrist that "you wouldn't get" the joke of his fatherless upbringing ultimately causing the death of Bruce Wayne's parents. If only she were a man! But women just don't understand.
This is why Arthur has fantasies of getting together with Sophie: he's trying to break the cycle. But this is impossible: by itself the low, the periphery, the MOB can only destroy!
The only people capable of fixing this nation of bastards are the aristocracy, the fathers of the polis as a whole. But the Thomas Waynes have no noblesse oblige, they have deserted their manly and patriarchal duty!
And what do we see of Thomas Wayne? He doesn't even raise his OWN son, he leaves that to an ANGLO! Sad!
One could go further into it (Joker justifying his murders by saying "humour is subjective" as him becoming enlightened to the fundamentally emotivist morality of his liberal society) but that would be thèmes Phillips almost certainly didn't intend.
All you need to know is that "Joker" is a panracial declaration of WAR against the single mother and the libertarian ruling class who enable her, and the propaganda against it shows that that ruling class FEARS its patriarchal solidarity.
