This changes the whole arithmetic and procedure for tomorrow, if Speaker allows it to be voted on.

With Labour backing this will likely pass. So Johnson MUST ask for an extension. MPs will not be bounced into a decision.
I have also hence deleted my vote prediction tweets for tomorrow, because it is now highly likely that all of this will not actually come to a vote.

As Boles, Letwin and Hammond, P are backing the Amendment, it's odds on to pass.
Also note to #EUCO, @eucopresident, Macron, Merkel et al - that extension request is going to be coming!

I’m anti Brexit. I think this endeavour is foolish.

But doing it this way is extremely foolish. Whatever your view of Brexit.
First: there will be no impact assessment on the costs of this Deal available to MPs tomorrow

How can MPs make a judgment without that?
Second: the text of this Deal came out yesterday. Do MPs understand it? If they don’t, does anyone fully understand it yet?

On the same day at 1830 Jeremy Corbyn is due in Liverpool at a rally events.labour.org.uk/event/283916
This rally was announced when the idea of a Saturday session had been floated, but not confirmed

We have no evidence whatsoever to indicate that Corbyn will NOT be in the Commons

1/3 So Satuday sitting of HoC will be to debate ONE motion. EITHER a motion to leave the EU with no deal at all OR a motion to leave the EU with a deal that cuts Northern Ireland off from the rest of the UK via a HARD BORDER between UK Nations.

Amendable to include a Referendum?
2/3 I still believe that neither of those motions will be approved by a majority of the House of Commons without the support of a confirmatory referendum. This "draft agreement" is NOT what people voted for in 2016... also MPs havent seen the text yet that theyll be voting on
3/3 after just 5 hours of debate. Yoi get 14 DAYS to cancel a mobile phone contract and the House of Commons will get just a few hours for something so important?

They simply cannot ratify this "deal".

Theresa may can say she wants her withdrawal agreement through parliament "by September" to make it sound like she's got months of time, but she hasn't.
Come September she has to get a Queen's speech through. Crunch! So she has to get it through before that.
But once parliament hits summer recess, she's fucked. So it has to be before that.
Summer recess is usually around July, so she's got two months.

EXCEPT . . .
Except John Bercow has already ruled out another vote on her withdrawal agreement this session.
Which means she's got two months to find a majority and find a way of getting around Bercow's ruling.
All the time while she's losing elections every other week.
