Capclave, I am @ you. If you think you see me... you probably do.
Little care and feeding thing for Capclave - I am going into this weekend with a flare up of mitochondria related muscle pain. I may look tired or displeased or have weird looks flash across my face - please don't take it personally. I'm here to meet people and have fun!
Depending on how this progresses I may spend a lot of the weekend sitting in one place but if I'm in public at a con I am generally up for socialization. I will retreat if I need rest.
Also I am right this minute in a little tea shop called Gong Cha in the plaza with the Safeway that's right next to the hotel. It's great. And if you have voice problems after a day or two of conniving? Ginger tea is amazing.
Last note - my default when left to my own devices is to pull out one or more of said devices and start writing. Doesn't mean I'm "busy" and can't be disturbed. Again, I can go somewhere private for that.
This is my first Capclave and I am hoping to meet a lot of people in person I've only seen on Twitter (and new people, too). Feel entirely free to introduce yourself.
Oh, Dr. Sunny Moraine's intro thread reminded me: I am heavily face blind. Definitely won't recognize anyone off internet profile pics, won't recognize most prior acquaintances. Please excuse blank looks and badge checks.
