Uh, this article conflates the two parts of the poll and forgets no put in Buttigieg. In one part, yes, Biden is ahead of Warren. But Harris is at 7% not 10% and Buttigieg is at 5%.

In the 2nd part of the polling which had 1st & 2nd choice percentages these were the numbers:
Biden 49
Warren 42
Sanders 36
Harris 16
Buttigieg 13

In both pollings the Survey poll cites the numbers for all foir candidates as unchanged from September.
It is not hard to open the poll and read the actual numbers. Let's hope the campaigns do better than the author of the piece did, but my guess is that Harris's team will jump to tout a bump to 10% that alas she doesn't have and Buttigieg's team will be furious unnecessarily.

TW for what I am about to write about #lynching.
Last year I wrote about women who were lynched. This was more common than most people, even historians, were aware. Often the wives of lynched men were also lynched. #MaryTurner was one of these. She was also eight months pregnant.
[TW] #MaryTurner was hog-tied and hung upside down by her ankles. Her clothes were drenched in gasoline and set on fire. Her abdomen was sliced open like an animal's at slaughter and her baby pulled from her body. She. Was. Still. Alive. (Though not for long.)
[TW] It was recorded at the time that the baby "gave two feeble cries" before it too was killed.
THAT IS LYNCHING.
The president is being held to the mandates of the US Constitution that he has violated. Not lynched.The sooner he is out of office, the sooner the country can heal.

Female crash test dummies weren't used at all until 2011 (!!!) & STILL are not used in the driver's seat. Male dummies with breasts are used in the passenger & back seats only.
Yet women are 17% more likely to die in car crashes and 47% more likely to be severely injured.

The female center of gravity is in the pelvis, so just adding breasts to male dummies doesn't test for live women. There are also no pregnant dummies. Yet the number one cause of fetal death from trauma is car crashes.
Not one car has ever been tested for a female driver.

I am stunned by this data. Crash test dummies have been used since the 1970s. But in nearly 50 years there have been no female driver test dummies developed and the argument is it would skew the previous data (that has always ignored the existence of female drivers).

The misogyny is breathtaking.
Hillary was sick for three days with pneumonia. Bernie actually would have died without the emergency surgery that saved his life.
The rules continue to be different for men and women.
In 2016, Bernie couldn't explain how any of his main proposals would/could be implemented in a disastrous interview with the NYDN. In 2019, Warren falters for a moment in a debate about her M4A plan and the press deems her a mentally incapacitated fraud.
Biden wanders off topic as a matter of course, but Harris challenged him once on an issue she actually lived and his team and his wife called her a liar and "slippery and slick."
Men set and change the goalposts. Nevertheless, these women are still kicking it.

To clarify, I'm going by poll averages over the past few months. I don't think the debates have materially changed the dynamics of the race or altered the top tier.
That said, I think Biden's recent downward drift and Warren's rise will continue.

I was really hoping to elect a person of color, and I still have some interest in Harris. But she's getting too much heat for her prosecutor background. Besides Warren has the most policies that align with my view of America, AND she knows how to make those goals achievable!
And Buttigieg... I'm still learning about his ability to govern, but I'm continually impressed by how worldly and hella SMART he is. and he's obviously had some inside experience of oppression as a gay man from middle America.
