I'm going to be on the road for 2 weeks. I've just finished everything that I was actively crocheting, so I need to start a new project. Which yarn would you pick?

Psst. SF writers. Humans adapt well and quickly to lower gravity. In microgravity, you don't need as much bone, so your body efficiently sheds the requirements it no longer needs.

But we don't adapt well, at all, to higher gravity.
Look at how astronauts react to coming back to Earth if you're writing something about a character going to a planet with higher gravity.

Feel heavy? Sure. It'll feel like they weigh more which will affect muscles.
Their joints will be under a higher gravity load and will hurt, particularly the ankles and knees.

Their circulatory system will also be under more strain, so fainting is more likely.

Potential headaches, nausea, or dizziness from a cerebrospinal fluid shift.
