Psst. SF writers. Humans adapt well and quickly to lower gravity. In microgravity, you don't need as much bone, so your body efficiently sheds the requirements it no longer needs.

But we don't adapt well, at all, to higher gravity.
Look at how astronauts react to coming back to Earth if you're writing something about a character going to a planet with higher gravity.

Feel heavy? Sure. It'll feel like they weigh more which will affect muscles.
Their joints will be under a higher gravity load and will hurt, particularly the ankles and knees.

Their circulatory system will also be under more strain, so fainting is more likely.

Potential headaches, nausea, or dizziness from a cerebrospinal fluid shift.
Their bone density will also not be calibrated for the new planet. You might see more stress fractures, depending on gravity load and activity level.

Granted, this is speculation, but that's what SF writers do. There's more to think about than "I feel heavy."
