Many members of the media cheering this decision are cheering because they wish to re-establish monopolistic dominance in distribution of information. This won't stop at paid political advertising.
Let's be clear: if Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 election, this sort of policy would never even be considered by the Big Tech platforms. Not remotely.
