If this commission passes, Oklahoma could end up with a congressional map looking somewhat like this one. Dem Rep. Kendra Horn's red-leaning #OK05 would become a few points less red, but Republicans could easily gerrymander her out of her seat if they remain in control after 2020

This rule stems from Mississippi's white supremacist 1890 constitution & hasn't been struck down before because it's never come into play like it could on Tuesday. If Dem Jim Hood wins the most votes but not the majority of districts, the GOP could install Tate Reeves as governor
