Reportedly, Under Armour is under federal investigation over shady accounting practices that made their books appear healthier than they were.
Just two weeks ago, Under Armour’s CEO Kevin Plank stepped down.

Under Armour is supposed to reporty their 3rd quarter financial earnings tomorrow.

I guess Plank won't be hosting it, LOL.

Under Armour confirmed that they’re under DOJ and SEC investigations.

Of course, they claim they did nothing wrong, though the company is cooperating.

Notice that at least one investigation has been going since at least July 2017. This timing is also quite interesting....

Another part of the #GreenScam that helps #China because they pretty much now make most of the battieres for electric cars. And this company poached foreign employees of car companies, inlcuding GM, to help them dominate the market. They followed the Huawei model.

Here’s a list of 47 Communists posing as Democrats that are running in local elections on November ballots.

Lots in #Michigan, #Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Tennessee.
They are running in local city council races and school boards. People don’t pay enough attention to these commies and then wonder why their cities and schools go down the sewer.

Two weeks ago, with the help of Egyptologist @drserenalove and Microbiologist @rbowman1234, I went to Boston’s MFA and @Harvard’s @peabodymuseum to attempt collecting 4,500 year old yeast from Ancient Egyptian pottery. Today, I baked with some of it...
Using a nondestructive process and careful sterile technique, we believe we can actually capture dormant yeasts and bacteria from inside the ceramic pores of ancient pots. We sampled beer- and bread-making objects which had actually been in regular use in the Old Kingdom.
We took many samples and will continue to build our sample library over the next year or so. This is important as we need to learn which microorganisms are old and which are modern contaminants. Samples go to @rbowman1234 for rigorous analysis EXCEPT I was naughty and kept one...

Two weeks ago, on Sat 15th of June, Geneva was hit by a monster storm, with high winds, huge hail and bucketing fall of lashing rain. I was caught outside in it. I sheltered with terrified families & kids in a bus shelter. Kids stood on the bench, adults tried to stay in shelter.
Then the bus shelter started flooding from all the rain, with swirling dark water. We were pushed outward towards the hail. I had an umbrella and was trying to keep it open to stop the hailstones from hitting us, but the hail hit my legs. It left bruises. Finally a bus came.
I got on with two kids who were on their way home (guess 10-11-12 years old?). They were terrified out of their wits. I told them I would help them home. But it was not straightforward. We had to change from bus to tram, and we had to cross 3 streets. The kids were so scared ...

Over the last week, protests have erupted across #Sudan, with NISS intelligence service stations being burnt and reports of the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) defending protestors in some locations. This is a developing thread for remotely monitoring the situation, h/t @trevorsnapp.
In Atbara, for example, protesters have set fire to the headquarters of ruling the National Congress Party, led by President Omar al-Bashir. There's plenty of visual evidence of the unrest, such as this video. Geolocation: 17.694190, 34.001319 (google.com/maps/place/17%…).

I didn’t want to write this article. But then, I didn’t want to be a position of having to always fight for the rights of officers with disabilities at the CIA either. To be clear, the CIA put me in that position of having to speak out, even after I left. (2)
I simply wanted to be able to do my job and have equal access to opportunities, and for others to have the same. And I was damn good at my job. I loved doing it. I believed in what I was doing there & my work made our country a little bit safer. (3)
