I was finally driven to look up whether Terry Bogard's stated hobby of "trolling" was something from the original text or an invention by the translators—it's an accurate translation but it's meant to refer to the fishing method (a la his Real Bout 2 ending), not shitposting💔 
(I always figured it was a mistranslation from the days where people sometimes used "trolling" interchangeably with "browsing [online]" but nah, it's a direct translation of a term I'm sure nobody thought twice about)
I should also mention that, for a long while, Terry's "special skill" was accurately guessing women's measurements
