It feels appropriate to upload the translation of RM’s “Life” from his “rm” mixtape on the day with the shortest daylight and longest night. I’ve done a short analysis before, but this is my first time translating the lyrics of the whole song.

I’d planned to translate “Louder Than Bombs” today. But, because the lyrics of “ON” serve as the central theme of the album and I’ve been watching the addictive MV for the whole day, I ended up working on “ON.” First, here is my analysis of the song.

On my first listen of the "MOP: 7" album, the lyrics of this song moved me the most, with its authentic and earnest messages to ARMY and to BTS themselves. It didn't surprise me to hear RM say that he cried a lot while writing this song. Sante!
