Me doing routine thing with Japanese financial institution over the phone, 5 minutes in:

Operator: "Wait wait wait you sound like the kind of person who is probably computer savvy."
Me: "*polite nothings*
Operator: "In that case, you could do this on a website."
Me: "On a website?"
Operator: "On a website!"
Me: "ON A WEBSITE!"

Operator then directs me to the correct portion of the website.

Me: "I only see paper forms to fill out manually and send in."
Operator: "On a website!"
Me: "... OK."
Frustrations over the technical competence of Japanese financial institutions aside I very much appreciate that the operator said "So do you see the label marked 小規模企業共済等掛金払込証明書再発行申請書?" without assuming that I would not be able to read that label.
