@Reuters @polinaivanovva take note! It is good for the rule of law to sack renowned corrupt prosecutors such as Kulyk, whom you vehemently defend, hopefully out of ignorance & not out of malice as John Solomon & Sean Hannity.

The amazing thing about the Devin Nunes/GOP story about Ukraine is that it is a pure Russian invention & it contains no truth. My guess is that Putin has told Trump "in secrecy" on an open phone line & Trump has his loyalists parroting this untrue line.
1. The only legal query that may exist is how Mykola Zlochvsky, the owner of Burisma, gained his gas licenses from the Ukrainian state when he was Ukrainian Minister of Ecology, 2010-12, but that is an entirely Ukrainian affair.
2. That Hunter Biden benefited financially from sitting on a supervisory board is frankly irrelevant as long as no crime is even suggested.

2/ in fact, the UK case was lost because of poor performance (verging on misconduct) by failure of UK prosecutors to present exculpatory information in the ex parte hearing at which Zlo assets were frozen - issues that also arise in FISA and Flynn controversies.

Just a reminder folks. Here are the two sections of the 5 page Trump-Zelensky transcript that are specific to Joe Biden. Note that everything else has to do with Crowdstrike and the firing of the prosecutor Viktor Shokin. Recall that Yuriy Lutsenko was his replacement.
I'm not one to believe the Crowdstrike server was exfiltrated to Ukraine. I do believe there is a political network of sorts in Ukraine whereby the DNC and a variety of private actors, NGOs, NABU, US officials working at the direction of our administrative state for common goals.
The problem with the Ukrainian mess is that it's convoluted, and we have politically-directed outlets and networks not covering it in a way that's a) complete, and b) digestible to the public. So what we have is misinformation, and that sabotages the prosecution and defense.
