First off - I would first open a free account at Podio.com to store your leads that way you are being kept organized. It’s literally $0 to open an account. You can also download “Real Estate Investor App Package” in the app market.

Next, I would sign up to Rebogateway.com for $65. Pull a massive list of homeowners from every category who have bought from 01/01/1900- 01/01/2003 (You don’t want to target new homeowners). Make sure they’re absentee owners. Download as many lists as possible then cancel

Okay, so far you spent $65. I would then get this list skip-traced at NeedtoSkip.com - If your part of my private group chat and have bought into my course. You’ll get it for 18¢ a pop. So let’s say you skiptrace a list of 2,400 properties. That will be $432

You can also drive for dollars and create a large spreadsheet of vacant houses. Make sure they’re not new homeowners by checking your tax records and not a company (Investors) and adding that to your list you bought from rebogateway

After this, you want to try out an autodialer so you can call these leads and make offers and get offers accepted. You get an autodialer from allindialer.com for $90 a month. I’m sure you can find an extra way to make $3 everyday for a month 😎

Once you upload that list to the autodialer. Start making calls and funneling people who are interested In selling to your podio account so you can make offers. I will start off with making 200 phone calls a day & at least 5 CASH offers per day. This will get easy within time!

It will usually take you around 20-30 leads in order to get 1 deal. Majority will be tirekickers. But there will be a deal in there as long as you keep making calls and making offers YOU. WILL. SUCCEED !!!
