Let’s say you get your 1st Real Estate Wholesale Deal and make $5,000

Here’s what I would I do to get more deals 💰🏚

First I would buy a LARGE list of properties in your area - It has to be a super targeted list for 3 cents a pop. I would buy around 10,000 properties. Theres certain ways to get this list for 3 cents a pop - Boom so thats $300 right there

I would then skiptrace the entire list which is basically finding numbers correlated to that property and name. If your part of my program - You can get this list skiptraced for 18 cents a pop - So thats another $1800 down

I would then invest into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system which will store all your data and really act as the foundation of your business

Now that I have a foundation where you can store leads and make offers through. You want to go and buy ALLINDIALER.COM which is an autodialer which allows you to make hella phone calls very quickly

Now that you have a list. You have a foundation. You have a dialer. I would then use that dialer to make atleast 500 calls a day to your list and every lead will go into your CRM so you can push out an offer in the same day.

Now that you covered your cold calling set up (I suggest getting a friend to help). Now your going to drop RINGLESS VOICEMAILS to your entire list of numbers telling them your looking to buy a house. Let’s say you get back 30,000 phone numbers from the list @ 5¢ each that’s $1500

I mainly use leadblastpro.com for ringless voicemails

I would then get a burner number from google voice to route those call backs from the RVMs directly to your, if they want an offer. Input it into your CRM.

All of this came out to $3864

So the list from Need to Skip has an address which we call the GOLDEN ADDRESS. it’s basically an address that isn’t similar to the mailing address on the public records. They may have moved & never switched address

I would use the remainder to mail with turboletters.com
