WORLD4Brexit. Yep. A recently Registered company in the U.K. but its origins are in the USA

Characters (apart from Farage, Banks & Bliney)
Gerry Gunster (remember his sales pitch on Leave EU’s public launch with Brittany Kaiser.

4/ He worked with Banks, Eldon, Leave EU from Sept 2015 on a monthly retainer if £20k. @brexit_sham is the expert in that. It think this was not fully declared

@Channel4News also identified Gunster as working with Banks and Farage AFTER the ref.

The proposal suggested a 50/50 “division of profits” between Gerry Gunster and Arron Banks, with a “separate agreement with Nigel Farage”.

Mr Gunster and Mr Banks discussed a number of business opportunities.

6/. They held meetings with prospective clients.

The emails suggest that in Dec 2016, flights to New York for Nigel Farage costing £10,987 were billed to political strategy firm Goddard Gunster, who arranged meetings between Mr Farage and executives from The Coca-Cola Company🤮

7/. So here he is popping up with Farage & Co in WORLD4Brexit that has both an American base a U.K. base and, it seems likely, an intended E.U. base in Brussels.

And look who else is involved in the U.K.

8/. Jon Dobinson = Director the UK company.

He who worked on two Brexit related campaigns funded by Johnson’s old mate and electoral confident, Crispin Odey.

Democracy Movement and Global Britain, both campaigning for Leave supported to the tune of £656k donated by Odey.

9/. Dobinson is ALSO a Director of Gunster Strategies.

That seems like a nice tight series of bridges.

They were not registered with the Electoral Commission last time I looked. But then I haven’t been able to find quarterly accounts for BXP either. (Any luck @brexit_sham ?)

10/ Add to that the other Director, that seems to be lending his solicitor’s office address as the registered office of the Worl4Brexit Ltd.

Also enaged with some RW Jewish Groups

AND USA Martha Bonita -CNP RW Christian group

11/. And there hanging around like a very bad smell is Steve Bannon.

A member of CNP, that has connections to Teump’s administration and an advisor to World4Brexit.

12/. But those who have been paying attention recently will know that there has been new canvassing software called Pericles introduced into the Brexit Party by a Republican called Ned Ryun (close to Bannon) and a US outfit called Voter Gravity.

Apparently it cost the BXP “really a lot of money” despite Ryun doing his best to get involved with UKIP and the referendum for nothing.

So how much? Contract with which company?
Complaint Engagement Systems? Nothing in it but a virtual office.

14/. Its Director is the self same Ned Ryun and its single shareholder is Voter Gravity.

What will BXP be declaring to the Electoral Commission?

What money has passed hands? When? To whom? Or was this a benefit in kind that also should be declared?

15/. 15/. And there at the heart of it all is Phil Bryant, Governor of Mississippi, Gerry Gunster, Steve Bannon and Peggy Grande.

Which brings us back to Big Data Solphines that reared it’s head during and after the Referedum. Banks’ boast that he was working with Ole’Miss

16/. We never got to the bottom of that. Although @fairvoteuk we’re trying to pursue data issues through the US courts.

Meanwhile, in a strange echo of TPA and its funding from US Friends of TPA, it seems the World4BrexitUK has “American Friends” too, busy raising money.

17/. I wonder what will be in the BXP filed accounts with the Electoral Commission about all this foreign money?

Is World4Brexit in any of its notional registrations registered with the EC as a Campaign Group?

Wonder what engaged Robert Whitehouse from Shanghai, London and Spain with 660 followers since 2011 to sit up and pay attention.
