Turns out that Dougan was a Deputy in one of the County Sheriffs Offices where one of the Epstein crimes was reported.

Not only that but he had contact with Putin mentor Pavel Borodin in 2013

In 2016, 3 yrs after his meeting with Borodin, Dougan set up a website posing as a Russian hacker called “BadVolf”. Since then he has published the confidential addresses of US public officials & leaked Democratic Party emails, believed to have been hacked by Russian agents.

Not linking Prince Andrew with it.

But links between Epstein, the Israeli Intelligence, Nicole Junkermann & our NHS.

It started off innocuously enough with an IP cluster that caught my attention, linking in (topically) Roger Stone - StoneZone, CA/SCL, Catholic. org that keeps cropping up, SKL Holdings and Trump.

@scuffsy however linked Carbyne to two other fascinating stories.

One, by @JohnnyVedmore introduced me to Nicole Junkermann whose name I knew but not the links to Epstein, Israeli Intelligence, Matt Hancock and our NHS data.

The start of the story is attention grabbing.

So Junkermann is a Director of Carbyne

The chairman is Ehud Barak, ex Israeli PM and also ex Chief of Staff of the Israeli Defence Force.

Junkermann had meetings with Matt Hancock (see Minteruwo Transparency diaries, and somehow she ended up on his Health Tech Advisory Board.

OWKIN is another company in Junkermann’s large portfolio that also includes NJF Holdings, and her colleague Parker Moss, Chief Business Officer of OWKIN is also on Matt Hancock’s Health Technology board.

There are certainly enough worrying connections there for cautious people concerned about healthcare data to be very watchful indeed.

The full HealthTech Advisory Board makes pretty interesting reading too (all listed to the end of the blog)

Health technology and big data have the potential to be an enormous force for the good in Healthcare.

But data, as we now know, can easily be abused if it is not carefully protected, ethically managed and falls under the control of bad or negligent actors.

Meanwhile @scuffsy found another link to Carbyne this time to emergency services and policing.

THE TIMES. 12/11/2019 says the company made misleading claims.

The Times say they have seen documents where the company claims that British police forces are to begin testing its controversial technology that CARBYNE says provides a quicker response for emergency services.

CARBYNE says it does so by triangulating a target’s mobile phone position using radio frequencies from internet-connected devices such as smoke alarms.

If anyone is a Times subscriber and provide more details of that story I would be very grateful.
