How To Optimise Your Mind For Maximum Fat Loss (Thread):

This thread will be a little different.

But it's got the potential to change your entire outlook on fitness and body fat specifically.

A powerful mindset is required to hit 10% bf.

And this is how to get it.

'Traditional' fat loss methods like calorie counting WORK, end of.

But they won't 'work' if your mindset is off

Or if you have a poor environment

Or 'trigger foods'

Or your emotions are all over the place

Or social life is erratic


Here's how to optimise your mind:
#1) Remove Your Trigger Foods

I'm not a fan of 'everything in moderation' if you clearly have certain foods that you can't moderate.

Just get rid.

10% bf is calling, and it's way more important than your sugar coated cereal or cookies.

#2) Focus On Your Food

When you're eating, focus on every mouthful.

Really chew your food, think about it, and don't be distracted by the TV, news, or any background sounds.

You'll find yourself getting fuller more easily.

3) Work On Your Mission

It's cliche, but it's true. Working on your mission takes your MIND off food.

Have those dreams.

Have your future plans/goals.

Get to work on them.

This is especially crucial in the mornings when following IF.

4) Maintain Good Relationships

Something I hinted at before was not letting your emotions be all over the place.

Well, poor relationships are possibly THE biggest cause of erratic emotions.

It's very difficult to maintain discipline under these circumstance.

In contrast...
5) Control Your Environment

This is HUGE.

It applies to the people you spend time with.

It applies to what kind of food is in your house.

It applies to your working environment.

ALL of it matters.

For example:
One of the biggest changes I've made recently, is working on this business at the (very nice) coffee/restaurant area in my gym.

Fitness models everywhere.

Professional athletes.

It's a very motivating environment to be in.
