I will define Leadership as the ability to inspire, arouse, excite or motivate ORDINARY people to do EXTRAORDINARY things.
Who are these difficult people?

Who are more difficult? Nigerians or Israelites? Let’s ask you!
To deal with difficult people in organisations...
Leading difficult citizens is very different from leading difficult staff.
How do you motivate ordinary people to do extraordinary things?
Leadership is a choice. You must WANT to lead and must PREPARE for it.
You must have a vision of where you are trying to get to: “A Canaan or Dubai.”
You must know the difference between ‘Planning’ and Preparation.
To lead “difficult people”, you must lead by example.
To lead “difficult people”, you must embrace the diversity of every leaf.
To lead “difficult people”, you must accept responsibility. The buck stops with YOU!
To lead “difficult people”, you must radiate faith, confidence as self belief...even when in doubt!
You must make an effort to win over the cynics, the pessimists, the critics and the doubters.
You must note that there will be extremists who will NEVER be satisfied, whatever you do.
To lead “difficult people”, you must love your people and commit to awakening the giant within them.
In conclusion, in leading “difficult people”, you need faith, hope and love...
