2/ interested readers should take time to look up the two Ukrainian MPs demanding this investigation: Andriy Derkach and Alexander Dubinsky.

Take a look at this Oct 11, 2019 interview with Derkach in which alleges leaks from Ukranian NABU to US embassy

3/ I like Derkach already. He says: "only an open and public investigation can put an end to the series of international scandals and corruption, in which some representatives of law enforcement and diplomatic bodies of the two countries are mired."
4/ the problem with Durham criminal investigation - as opposed to wholesale declassification without redaction - is that many important and puzzling incidents may be no more than paranoia and misjudgement, as opposed to criminality.
5/ it's just as important to expose paranoid misjudgement by intel community as criminality, maybe even more important, because today's anti-Russia paranoia and anti-Syria paranoia is brought to you by same people as Russiagate
6/ I've seen references to "NABU-leaks" as location of NABU-US Embassy correspondence. This would be worthwhile for someone to explore.

I've long argued that people, who want full investigation of Russiagate, over-invested in FISA issue (abetted by overselling by Hannity contributors.) I think that the malice and misconduct after the election up to and including Special Counsel appointment is much more important
2/ over-investment in Carter Page FISA has enabled Horowitz to ignore much more serious misconduct after election and focus on lesser issues which will yield minor reprimands. Intel community will use this to delegitimize criticism of post-election misconduct as conspiracy theory
3/ I'm worried about Barr and Durham criminal track investigation as I believe that some of the conduct which most deserves exposure and derision is not necessarily criminal, but incompetence combined with inane anti=Russia paranoia, which richly deserves exposure.

It was the vindictiveness and malice of so many climate scientist that shocked me the most
2/ at the time, Mosher and I speculated on whether the disquieting conduct resulted from "noble cause corruption" - that anything was justified in pursuit of their climate policy. He used this phrase in his e-book with Tom Fuller.
3/ over the years, I've tended to attribute less and less of the conduct to "noble" corruption and more and more to combinations of personal pettiness, arrogance, ambition and/or career advancement

an interesting connection between George Kent and alleged whistleblower Eric Ciaramella. On Dec 9, 2015, exactly as Biden effort to link IMF $1 billion to Shokin removal was coalescing, Ciaramella met Daria Kaleniuk of the StateDept+Soros funded Anti-Corruption Action Center.
2/ two weeks later, ANTAC stated "one of [its] major goals for 2016 is to force Shokin to resign". ANTAC had already opposed Shokin, but their efforts seem to have ratcheted up after meeting with Ciaramella.
3/ in March 2016, as pressure on Shokin intensified, Shokin launched a counter-investigation on ANTAC and US role in directly funding opposition to the Ukrainian administration. On very day of Shokin's removal (Mar 29), Ukr Prosecutor General Office sent letter to US embassy.
