And no, "chats" don't do the trick: you are trying to get the consumer to NOT get their rights respected since one chat can take over an hour.
3/ Most consumers don't have time to make several calls or several chats. Not to mention that frequently, the chat person tells me they are unable to solve my problem and the ONLY way is to make a phone call.

1/ The need for unity against the right-wing and the protagonism-seeking nitpickers: there are only two sides. Pick one.

Today I deleted several tweets I made. The origin? An innocent and polite explanation about @KevinMKruse 's use of SARCASM.
2/ It showed up on my timeline yesterday, it was an obvious misunderstanding on their part and I committed the mortal sin of not checking the person's profile, their MO and attitudes.
3/ The result was a profanity-filled attack against me (for explaining that the attack against Kruse was unreasonable) and the person recruiting others to pile on.

1) Please, for your own sake (because follow-back people are emotional): do NOT follow me in expectation of a "follow-back". I may or may not follow you (not "back) if you contribute relevant content or we engage in meaningful (to me) interaction.
2) I have explained about a dozen times why the follow-back system does NOT work in political activism in terms of actually promoting action. It is important for the RIGHT WING to keep their cult in line.
3) If you identify as "pro-democracy", "resistance", "anti-fascist", etc., this is NOT how to accomplish digital activism. Actually, it works against productive action.

1/2 Great that @GeorgeMonbiot cites our research evidence on the debate over antisemitism in Labour. But accusation in Panorama that leadership obstructed the 'swift and uncompromising resolution of complaints' is highly contested as noted in letter @Guardian did not publish.
2/2 E.g. We have asked the BBC to provide email evidence on accusation that Labour Sec Jenny Formby 'interfered' in disciplinary panels against zero tolerance policy on antisemitism. Labour says she was just doing her job saying panel members had to rotate for legal reasons.
3/3 BBC said she was trying to pick members which would be wrong. Attributed words 'I want these panel members ' as meaning of her emails. These words not in emails shown and BBC has not provided evidence of them after repeated requests from us. Ofcom now adjudicating complaint.
