GM sues Fiat Chrysler under RICO for bribing UAW officials to undermine GM/UAW labor negotiations.

#ButNothingsHappening
cnbc.com/2019/11/20/gm-…
Seems the allegations are built upon the federal indictments of UAW officials & those at the automakers.
Seems that in 2009, 2011, & 2015 Fiat Chrysler paid bribes to get better terms than GM.
They claim there is evidence that the scheme was approved by the former CEO Sergio Marchionne.
Wonder if that explains why Italy was so interested to interfere in the 2016 election?
The goal of that interference was to get rid of Comey & shut down the FBI's investigations into unions, banks, Forturne 500 companies, oligarchs & Swampy politicians around the world.
I have hit on the federal investigations several times. They date back to Comey's FBI targeting corruption with UAW, GM & Chrysler executives.
