Why didn't the FBI and Mueller find any of that information during Crossfire and the Special Counsel investigations?
To me. If LCILP directors had a secret contract with the US State Department to teach intelligence to foreign leaders. I would want to know why Joseph Mifsud, a suspected "Kremlin asset" was in the thick of it. Aye?

Joseph Mifsud told the FBI that he was a member of KFCRIS--run by the ex-head of Saudi Intelligence.

I've talked to people who worked with LCILP and Link Campus.

They said Mifsud was close to Turki al-Faisal and Nawaf Obaid. He was believed to have received 5K a month.
Nawaf Obaid worked for the Pentagon's Office of Net Assessments which is under investigation for running agents at @GeorgePapa19

Obaid was in contact with Papa while Halper was also sniffing around.
Mifsud and LCILP were working on behalf of the US State Department in intelligence and counterterrorism.

The CIA and the Pentagon were also working in tandem with them.

We know LCILP directors had a contract to teach intelligence. We also know Mifsud provided the venues.

A little dickie bird has told me the name of the State Department official who got Arvinder Sambei and Martin Polaine the contract for Amicus/LCILP/Global Center.

They were also CC'd on Jonathan Winers emails about Chris Steele at the US State Department.
It also confirms @benrileysmith reporting and source that the Trump White House believes counterterrorism officials and operatives of the US State Department helped push the Steele dossier into the system.

Why has nobody followed it up?

Rohingya radicals had allied themselves with groups that financed al-Qaeda in the 90s, but were dormant. They would be reactivated.

Suddenly, South Asian intelligence authorities starting finding terrorist groups coming back to life on the ground. The 2014 Burdwan bombs in Indian showed the network was back.

Bangladesh started to arrest operatives believed to be from the Rohingya Solidarity Organisation (defunct), not knowing a new organisation had been created.

It's leadership was working with Turkish, Saudi and Pakistani spies. It was based in the USA.

Mifsud was questioned by FBI about Papadopoulos contact during visit to U.S. in Feb 2017.
Like Azra Turk, Mifsud was a Western Intel asset.

The reason this is an important timeline is because although Mifsud is portrayed in the special counsel Mueller's investigation as a possible Russian agent he is closely affiliated with Western politicians, diplomats and intelligence figures.
