When Rey turns to the dark side, she naturally takes a turn to the evil. And Darth Sidius is doing his thing: he wants her to kill Kylo Ren. Fueled by the Dark Side, she WRECKS Kylo in a fight, literally taking him apart bit by bit—(somehow) with his own lightsaber. (writer!)

At least she has somewhere she "belongs." Palpatine is her father figure, and she will be empress. This suits her, since she already thinks she's better than everyone else.

Here's my proposal: Kylo Ren, his body mangled, ends up in the armor of Darth Vader (so he can stay alive and fight) and bonded with the force ghost of Luke Skywalker. He IS a Skywalker by blood after all.

Saving the Galaxy is up to Luke-Kylo, Han-Poe, and Leia, just as it should be.

As a subplot, I'd have Phasma beat the crap out of Finn, and then for the final fight GET HIM INTO A SUIT OF MANDALORIAN ARMOR.
