A dangerous ploy employed by Indians recently on Social media who claim that two generals convicted and sentenced by the Armed forces not too long ago have been given favors based on sectarian biases, which is untrue.
Rumors started doing the rounds of a possible hanging of a Shia general by the army on charges of espionage whereas the Sunni was given a 14 year sentence.
The news was first made available to the public by a PTI imbecile who in his ultimate wis-dumb tweeted out the unconfirmed report which was then picked up by the Indians and they ran with it.
It is worth mentioning here due to the direction this conundrum has taken that the newly appointed Chairman Joint Chief of Staff (CJCS) is also a Shia.
