A February draft retainer agreement with Lutsenko called for Lutsenko to retain Giuliani Partners as well as diGenova and Toensing, and pay a $200,000 retainer to Giuliani Partners.

instead, Firtash swoops in to pay Toensing and DiGenovo $1.2 million to buy Trump/Barr DOJ decision; $300k a month. Odds Giuliani getting a cut?

it had seemed that all the calls setting up this 3/29 call after pompeo and giuliani had spoken 3/26 was that Pompeo and Giuliani were deliberately trying to create a paper trail to officially hand over this disinfo file. Yovanovitch was recalled 3 1/2 wks later
on March 28, two calls get added to Pompeo’s schedule: with Giuliani March 29, and with Nunes on April 1. justsecurity.org/67480/timeline…

1/ So the Giuliani-diGenova-Toensing contract with the Ukrainian government said they'd return "lost money" to Ukraine (note: there is no lost money) at a time the same three crooks (all Trump lawyers) were seeking Ukrainian election meddling. Everyone sees how this works, right?
2/ Either:

1) The contract was for Giuliani/diGenova/Toensing (Trump agents) to lobby Trump to give the prosecutor general "lost" monies, but only if Lutsenko gave Trump dirt on Biden; or
2) Giuliani, diGenova and Toensing would pay Lutsenko for dirt and bill Trump "legal fees."
