it had seemed that all the calls setting up this 3/29 call after pompeo and giuliani had spoken 3/26 was that Pompeo and Giuliani were deliberately trying to create a paper trail to officially hand over this disinfo file. Yovanovitch was recalled 3 1/2 wks later
on March 28, two calls get added to Pompeo’s schedule: with Giuliani March 29, and with Nunes on April 1. justsecurity.org/67480/timeline…

A February draft retainer agreement with Lutsenko called for Lutsenko to retain Giuliani Partners as well as diGenova and Toensing, and pay a $200,000 retainer to Giuliani Partners.
“another retainer agreement, drafted in March, called for Giuliani Partners to receive $300,000 from the Ministry of Justice...[it] also stated that Toensing and diGenova would be working on the matter. That agreement called for payments to be made to Giuliani Partners.”
instead, Firtash swoops in to pay Toensing and DiGenovo $1.2 million to buy Trump/Barr DOJ decision; $300k a month. Odds Giuliani getting a cut?

Holmes talked about how strange the months were leading up to Yovanovich's dismissal ⤵️
1/ They knew Giuliani was pushing for investigations into Burisma, but the embassy saw no reason to reopen the investigation.

The case had no merit, and was in the political interest of the president and not national interests.
2/ The day of Zelensky’s inauguration—literally the same day Yovanovitch was recalled—Holmes first encountered the Three Amigos (Volker, Sondland, and Perry)

They were now in charge of Ukrainian matters.

Sondland portrayed himself as the “conduit” to Trump and Mulvaney.

That's right. She knew that the #Obama #StateDepartment had assisted her in formulating answers about #HunterBiden and #Burisma as part of helping her to prepare for her #Ukraine appointment.
Yet, during the #ShamSchiff #impeachment hearing, Yovanovitch said that the subject of Hunter Biden/Burisma never came up in discussions with @JoeBiden or the #ObamaAdministration.
