@SenatorBurr Sen BURR: "You considered Russia meddling with just the preference they had before you knew the rest of it. Apply the same standard to Ukraine. The President can say that they meddled because they had a preference, the elected officials, that's not the current people."
@SenatorBurr Q: Is there any evidence that Ukraine meddled in the 2016 election?
BURR: I don’t think there’s any question that elected officials in Ukraine had a favorite in the election.
@SenatorBurr Q: Would you consider that meddling?
BURR: I mean, you’ll have to define meddling, but that was something that was publicly out there.

Went back to Sen Graham on the comment above, he said, "I was making a joke, I think you can make the case that he’s a narcissist more than you can make he's a racist. I mean, I don’t like the idea of telling somebody who’s an American citizen to go home, this is their home."
Q: Aren't the comments dangerous if Pres Trump makes them about ideology?

GRAHAM: "When a member of Congress says we’re going to impeach the motherf@#%er on day one what kind of response do you expect? So this is just, it’s a two-way street here."

Of course, there's a big difference: Ukrainian leaders hoped Hillary Clinton would win because they have been under invasion from Russia, and Trump signaled support for Russia, thus those continued invasions, while Clinton stood firm in support of Ukraine. But... 2/5
As Chairman Burr is aware, Ukraine didn'y try to hack US election systems to help Hillary, nor target Americans with fake news & deceptive social media ads, nor hack the RNC or try to hack the Trump campaign.

Trump’s former chief strategist Steve Bannon testified against political consultant Roger Stone Friday, telling a federal jury that he thought of Stone as the Trump campaign’s liaison to the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks.
Bannon, once a high-profile figure in the Trump campaign in the early days of the Trump administration, arrived at the courtroom in the afternoon, wearing a black sport coat and black polo shirt. He told the jury the only reason he was testifying was that he’d been subpoenaed
While Bannon is one of the most anticipated witnesses at Stone’s trial for allegedly lying to Congress about his efforts to contact WikiLeaks in 2016, he was also one of the briefest, spending less than an hour under direct examination by prosecutors.
