This is some seriously Handmaid's Tale shit y'all.
In addition to being offensive people who rely on fertility treatment to have kids, Pitlyk's arguments make no sense.

She is strongly pro-life, but claims people who can only have babies via IVF will have inferior children and hurt society. So they shouldn't have babies?
Susan Collins just voted no, as expected. She's already said she'll oppose Pitlyk.

The only vote I'm really watching here is Murkowski's. She and Collins are the only pro-choice GOPers in the Senate.

Pitlyk previously clerked for Brett Kavanaugh -- and defended him amid Christine Blasey Ford's credible allegations of sexual assault. She went on CNN and said it was "hard" to take Ford's story seriously.

Getting a lifetime federal judgeship seems like a great thank you gift!
And... Sarah Pitlyk's nomination advances, 50-43. That sets up her final confirmation vote for Weds at 2pm.

Murkowski didn't vote! I'm guessing she wasn't present.

This raises an important question: when the Second Court of Appeals affirms Judge Chupp's ruling where Vic Mignogna and Ty Beard got BTFO'd 0-17, does that count as an additional 17 losses or just one? 🤔

Oh man I hadn't even considered that: do we treat that as a multiplier?

e.g. 17 causes of action, claiming 2 errors apiece, for 34 losses???

Let's talk about #Lupron.
Lupron is the most commonly prescribed "puberty blocker" given to gender non-conforming children.

It's also given to convicted pedophiles to chemically castrate them.
Lupron injection was first approved by the FDA for treatment of advanced prostate cancer in 1985.

However, it proved to be ineffective for treating end stage prostate cancer until it was later used in combination with other pharmaceuticals.
In spite of this, Lupron is a top-earning drug for its manfacturers, formerly developed by Takeda-Abbott Pharmaceuticals.

Why should a relatively ineffective drug for end-stage prostate cancer be so profitable?

The majority of profits come from off-label uses.
