The prosecution has taken responsibility for just sending documents to Sowore's counsel yesterday.
As such, if the case is adjourned, it solely the prosecution's fault and the judge could award costs.

The prosecution tried to say that it's not a requirement by the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) but Justice Ojukwu reminded him that the defence asked for it on Nov 6th & the court-approved so why did they just send it yesterday?

On bail, the prosecution said that the DSS received the order but they have asked the defence counsel to provide Sowore's sureties to sign for him.
Justice Ojukwu then asked if that was part of her order?
The prosecution agreed that it was not.

The prosecution said the DSS has never disobeyed a court order to which Justice Ojukwu replied, "so why have they disobeyed mine?"
