Having received no response from VP Pence's office, the House Intel Committee has made the Williams testimony in question available to the House Judiciary Committee "so Members could see further corroborative evidence as it considers articles of impeachment," an official says.
Standoff between VP & Schiff offices simmers even as impeachment forges ahead. Schiff says Pence’s letter on supplemental testimony was “deeply troubling” for representations it made about VP’s communications with Zelenskyy - which, Schiff says, may be “purposefully misleading.”
Update on this tonight per Democratic aide & as indicated by Chief Justice Roberts - an agreement has been reached to allow Williams' classified supplemental testimony into the record & permit all senators to view it in a classified setting. It is not expected to be made public.
