I'm mostly kidding, but I do expect there will be unintended consequences from Barr empowering Durham. Barr - like Ghouliani, Nunes, Trump, etc., believes their own stupid conspiracy BS. If Durham finds criminal conduct, my guess is its one of them.

Katyal is a former Solicitor General. Solicitor Generals are absolute badd ass - Elena Kagan and Thorgood Marshall both held the post. They argue on behalf of US to SCOTUS.
