THE SHARIAH DIDN'T MANDATE YOU TO DEEPLY EXAMINE THE CHANNEL OF HIS PRIVATE PART AFTER USING THE TOILET

Some people have been are of the habit of going to extremes in washing their private parts after using the loo.

This is not necessary & uncalled for.
Some go as long as pressing, shaking again & again their penises after urinating to make sure that there is no more urine coming out, or some pushing their index finger into their anus to wash it after pooing. All these are in reality extremism & self-punishing.
Some become too obsessed with this that they spend very long time in the loo, just testing to wash. This is a kind of exaggeration & going to extremes, which contradicts the easy nature of sharee’ah and is also a kind of waswasah (whisper from the Shaytaan).
What the shari'a prescribed is that one should wash the tip to of the penis after one has finished urinating. In the event of Waswasah (doubts from Shaytaan), as to whether one is clean or not, It is prescribed to sprinkle some water over the private part so as to ward it off.
In the Madhab of the Hanafis, Shaafa’is & Hanbalis, when a person has finished washing his private part with water (istinja’), it is mustahabb for him to sprinkle his private part or his trousers with a little water, so as to prevent waswaas, because when one experiences any
wetness, he will think that it is because of the water that he sprinkled, unless he is certain of the contrary.

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (RH) said in his Majmoo’ al-Fataawa (21/106):

"With regard to one who thoroughly inspects his penis by squeezing it etc, all of that is
an innovation (Bidi'ah) which is neither required nor recommended according to the imams of the Muslims. Similarly, pulling the penis is also an innovation according to the correct view, & that was not prescribed by the Messenger of Allaah (SAW)." So do not stress yourself.
This applies to those who insert their fingers into the anus to wash the poo, or even use handwash or feminine wash to wash that place after using the toilet. This might be medically unhealthy too, & the Shariah doesn't mandate one to go to that extreme.
