Its a shame though, he really is a moderate voice the Democrats need right now.

The district has voted Republican since 1994 and they would throw it all away over impeachment that will certainly fail

I'm going to be moving all my content to my main channel and launching a new show in the coming weeks to deal with the problems of Youtube

This means the new show will be mostly apolitical and if you want the news content you must manually check because Youtube shadowbans now
New show will deal with science and topical issues just not hard news. Will likely be lightly political discussing policy but mostly cultural politics, gaming, science etc.
the goal is to create a sustainable youtube friendly show for two reasons

His notoriety is based off of one thing, gun control, and one event

The topic will not always be relevant to most people and even if it is there will be someone else with more power to fill this roll in the press
He played a role for certain political groups

Greta Thunberg is the same

Neither are experts and their opinions only hold weight for emotional reasons.

This isn't effective in the long term
I advised a few friends about this after they gained press attention several years ago.

They were too arrogant and were sure they made it

I explained that you need a series of accomplishments to remain relevant, they ignored me and drifted off into obscurity within a year

Jeff Van Drew has been a Republican for all of one day and he is already a better Republican than Jeff Flake ever was. Heck, I'd even go so far as to say that Krysten Sinema is a better Republican Senator than he was and she's a freaking Democrat lol.

In the 2018 general election I had refused to support the candidates from the both of the major parties because neither of them represented our values as Democrat and the fact of the matter is that the NJ-02 seat never flipped blue. (2/7)
