Famous race scientist Richard Lynn was sure that Ireland's economic troubles were due to their low IQ and recommended eugenics to fix it. Good thing no one listened to him.

We shouldn't listen to his followers today either.
Ireland's average IQ results are significantly higher today than they were back then. Either the Irish genes magically got a lot better real quick, or the pseudoscientific racists were just as full of crap about the underlying causes then as they are now.
Notice being consistently wrong has not caused pseudoscientific racist arguments to retreat, but simply to redirect.

More Japanese have held 100m world records than anyone from a West African country. No West African nation has won the 100m sprint.

Sprinting has been dominated by Jamaicans and Americans. These ideas like most others like them are completely resistant to evidence.
The genetic hypothesis is really easy to test here. If it's genetic that West Africans have a "sprint" gene(s), then one would expect more of this gene(s) in Jamaicans and Americans than in West Africans, and in West Africans than in Japanese.
We know these arguments aren't coming from research and are often resistant to actual science, so let's use common sense.

If it's some "black" sprint gene, then more mixed folks should have less of these genes. Guess who's more admixed than West Africans? Jamaicans and Americans

Teachers have so much impact on how children perform in school, either positive or negative.
I remember being in love with a subject simply because the teacher was amazing, and other times just being disinterested because the teacher wasn't good.
I still remember when I went to a gifted program. I was 1 of 2 black kids that I knew of there. A teacher made what may have seemed to him like an innocent joke about whether I should be the program. That stung hard.

But look at me now so f- that guy 😎

Fox News pretends to care about anti-Semitism when using it to attack their opponents, but make no mistake they engage in it regularly.
Then there's this other gem @FoxNews. Would love to see you own up to it and actually try to do better.

"Altering photos for humorous effect is a common practice on cable news stations"

The "it's just a joke" defense that Native, black, Muslim, Jewish, etc people are all too familiar with hearing.

I don't believe that most people who voted leave have any malign intent towards us. I'm not a fan of the EU myself. Still less do I think its an England/Ireland thing, I was born in England, I was schooled there & my partner is English /2
But there is a yawning gap of comprehension about the troubles & what it took to stop it. /3
