#Musharraf and #NawazSharif presided over Pakistan's nuclear tests in May 1998, conducted in response to similar Indian tests.

Pakistan's economic stability was presided by #Musharraf and brought up lines of foreign credit that fueled a bankrupt economy.

Fought many war ops, including Khemkaran sector in the Second Kashmir War. Fought ops against armed groups inside Pakistan particularly focused in the largely lawless FATA & Capital Islamabad.

#Musharraf diluted power to grass roots level, pursued a two-pronged strategy of ensuring macro-economic stability and introducing structural reforms for self-sustainable growth.

After #Musharraf took over, Pakistan's bankrupt economy had expanded at an average rate of 7% per annumand growth touched a record level of 9% in 2004-05.

Alleged #TraitorMusharraf doubled the GDP growth, which was 3.9% in 1999-00 and it grew at an average rate of 6% per annum during the period from 2000-07.

Foreign debt and liabilities grew at an average rate of 7.4% per annum during 11 years from 1989-99. Total debt in 1989 was $20.522 billion which rose to $38.922 billion in 1999.

Pakistan's ex-President & 'traitor' #Musharraf established 81 new universities including Degree Awarding Institutions (DAI) and 14,117 schools/colleges were opened. NO POLITICAL LEADER HAS CONTRIBUTED THIS MUCH FOR EDUCATION.

During 1999-07, as many as 110,086 teachers, 65,231 Lady Health Visitors and 78,024 personnel in Police Department were appointed.
1,187,432 job opportunities were created in the Telecom Sector and 126,742 in Local Government Departments.

When we look at infrastructure, #Musharraf started projects like Makran Coastal Highway, Lowari Tunnel, Pindi Bhattian – Faisalabad Motorway (M-3), Karachi Northern Bypass, Mirani Dam, Raising of Mangla Dam, Gomal Zam Dam, Sabakzai Dam, Satpara Dam

Kachhi Canal, Rainee Canal, Greater Thal Canal, Gwadar Port, Lining of Watercourses, Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad Road, Diamer-Bhasha Dam, Neelum-Jhelum Hydro Electric Project and Islamabad-Muzaffarabad Road.

During #Musharraf's regime, 14,000 villages were electrified. 11,494 Towns/ villages/ localities were supplied gas.

President #Musharraf's efforts for peace, stability, equality and human rights elevated Pakistan to a well-recognized and respected state. Unfortunately, a status that Pakistan had never achieved before.
