Right wonderful people
Bear with me here!

We may not have the government that we all want
We may not have the structure of governance that we all want
But we all share our lives and planet, and want the same; for them to be the best they can for those we hold dear

We're decent human being so that's likely to be (almost) everyone & everything
We might not agree politically, we have to accept the +ves of not being the same, but we share this value, & regardless of who the supposed head honcho is at any one time, we have the power to act...

...for our own betterment and that of the world around us.
I was struck by a chat between @Chrislike16 and @FraserSouthey about an initiative to encourage each other to do the little things, that will collectively make a difference...

...For without us little things there are no big things
We can share, motivate and encourage each to act, rather than just bleat
10 things each, anything, no matter how trivial they may seem, that we'll do differently in 2020 and thereafter...

...that will create a more progressive society and better world.
Share ideas, share ideas to achieve this, share achievements, share good news and information, places to volunteer, goodwill projects, ethical company news...
Who's up for it?

We will need a hashtag just for the tweets - not asking for allegiance to a cult! All ideas welcome!
We will need ideas of how best to spread the word
I'm quite happy to collate the ideas, from any replies to this, but have a relatively low following...

So, would be delighted if you good people out there could, who I have fathomed are often more articulate, creative and intelligent than I, could, once we have a set format, share far and wide, tag anyone who you think may be interested

My 10 for 2020 are to:

1. Make sure I chat to two of my elderly neighbours every week

2. Not buy water in a plastic bottle

3. Only buy meat and fish ethical caught/ reared

4. Only buy meat and fish caught/ reared with 50km of where I am

5. Only eat seasonal fruit & veg if poss whilst still getting my 5 a day (Jaffa cakes not included)

6. Once day a week, don't eat anything that was made in a factory

7. Once a month, look around my home for things I'll never use again and give them away (without being divorced 😳)

8. Do a good deed for no reason, every single day

9. Say hello to a stranger, every single day (easier for me, I live in a small town, so it ain't crazy 😜)

10. Pick up the phone & speak to an old friend at least every two weeks, especially one who's had a rough ride, if they don't pick, try again, even the missed calls let them know they're in your thoughts

They're mine, what are your #10LittleThings can be anything, we all have different interests, and priorities

If you think mine don't add up (I'm a bit dubious of no. 6) tell me, send each other links, we can change them as we go, as long as there's 10

Give each other updates with the tag, share the good things that came from it!
