1n So the #FrugalIndian went begging for her lunch & chanced upon this kind man @suvirsaran who offered me the most amazing Indian meal I’ve ever had PERIOD! At the House of Celeste
2n started with an awesome white chocolate PaniPuri filled with a pineapple green chilli water; my first drink a spicy guava mocktail with red chilli salt - yummy; then on to the spectacular aloo chaat ..amazing perfectly fried potatoes with aerated & super light...
3n now the non vegetarian here is good but the vegetarian is freaking next level. This incredibly Kerala onion & cheese sourdough flatbread with garlic aioli you really have to taste to believe. It’s like a circus in your mouth. Followed by the malabar paratha & mutton ghee roast
4n my second drink was a pineapple and mint cooler accompanied by beetroot galouti stuffed with goats cheese & a mixed mushroom (enoki, shimeji etc) with tomato jam
5n now we come on to two dishes that literally stunned me with how sophisticated they are - just GOBSMACKED. It’s a sourdough flatbread topped with the most amazing baingan bharta offset with the sourness of grapes, the saltiness of goats cheese & the tang of vinegared onions
6n next is the butter chicken that @virsanghvi dubbed the BEST BUTTER CHICKEN in India. Yes it it!!! This folks really has no peers - and TI understand why see the next tweet with @zone5aviation’s facial expressions

8n Madras gunpowder prawns with millet khichri. Aloo Gobhi koftas in cashew served as part of an amazing platter with the best naans (can you imagine - they pay so much attention to the naan) and Lahori onion Pulao with semiya & the best balanced Dal Makhni in Delhi.
9n doda burfi stuffed milk layer pancakes topped with lassi ice cream; then Caramel popcorn on ice cream and a chocolate fudge brownie. Yeah you’ve had this before - just not something this outstanding. Finally mawa cake with saffron ice cream.
10n I thank honourable prime minister Shri @narendramodi ji for a great economy that allows a poor beggar like me to live a life of dignity

The border tensions between India & China escalated when there was a face-off between soldiers of the Indian Army & Chinese Army in Ladakh. The incident took place at the Line of Actual Control (LAC) near the northern bank of the Pangong Tso Lake on Wednesday, ANI agency said.
"There was a face-off between the two armies but it got over after the delegation-level talks between two sides. The face-off is over now and it had de-escalated and disengaged fully after delegation-level talks yesterday," ANI reported quoting the Indian Army on Thursday.
