This country needs an all-inclusive approach so that we share a vision as a people& then we put the right people to make the country move forward. Currently, Zanu is the governing party but people doubt their capacity to do the job due to the kind of personnel they have& use.
This mindset of saying we are the governing party and so everything we do must be done by @ZANUPF_Official is wrong. An all-inclusive approach prioritising capacity instead of party will work wonders for the country.
