2/ To be precise, POTUS did not (and could not) personally violate the Impoundment Act, because the law does not control his personal actions. His liability, if it exists at all, derives from his failure to supervise that his subordinates faithfully execute the law.

MLB's report from yesterday finally explains why we got a rocket ball the last few years: lower seam height. There are a ton of interesting findings in there that I break down in this article: baseballprospectus.com/news/article/5…
The committee had to build new equipment and testing procedures to detect the difference in seam height from year to year, which is almost infinitesimal at *one-thousandth of an inch*. For reference, that's about the width of a single human skin cell.
But even a difference this small is apparently enough to substantially impact the drag coefficient of the ball, increasing home runs by a huge amount. Goes to show how tiny changes to the ball can produce major effects on the game.

 Many news sites refer to Badwan as either a protestor or a demonstrator who was shot and killed by the #IDF. The photo on the left, from the DailyMail, states Badwan is a protestor. The photo on the right from CGTN states Badwan is a protestor as well.

 The problem is Badwan wasn’t there to protest in the way most people think. This video was taken Friday afternoon at the Karni crossing where Palestinians were clashing w/ #IDF soldiers. At the end, you can see Badwan being evacuated after getting shot by the #IDF.
