Joe DiGenova says David Kris should immediately be disqualified from doing anything with the FISA court because he was there the whole time this fraud went on.
Joe wants to know if David Kris has the same type of relationship with the judge that appointed him as Peter Strzok had with Judge Contreras.
Joe says this appointment was a slap in the face to @realDonaldTrump,@DevinNunes, @GOP, and anyone that’s been paying attention. This could be a @LindseyGrahamSC moment if he gets off his ass and calls him into testify.
Joe says this guy should be nowhere near the FISA court and the Republicans should be demanding he be removed today.
Joe has nothing good to say about FBI director Christopher Wray.
