>analysis will be carried out independently, & it will specifically pull out the ways in which the loss of female-only provision has/would impact women & girls, & the impact of the GRC, as well as the impact of Self ID policies etc. The govt will not be able to ignore what the>
>consultation responses demonstrate this time. This consultation can also double up as a consultation on the need for female-only provision, & can produce an evidence-base that not only challenges the govt's proposals re Self ID, but that also>
>gives providers the largest available evidence base to rely on re justifying female-only provision in any single sex setting. Our guidance will also cover how to make your responses easy to pull out when the data is being analysed, which is very important as they will be >
>looking for specific terms/suchlike. Lastly, while we announced our guidance in October, we had to wait until the govt's consultation, EQIA & evidence base was published to move forward. We are also doing all of this in-house, so please bear with us as we pull it all together.
